If paying with a purchase order, avoid the $25 late fee by sending the PO number and the name of the attendee (s) to TAVACSecretary@gmail.com ON or BEFORE June 1, 2020.
If you are registering with a personal check, money order or cashier's check, you must mail a check to the address on your receipt to complete your registration. You are not registered until we receive payment. There will be a $20 late fee for each registration payment received after June 1, 2020.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be made for cancellations before 6/1/2020. All cancellations prior to 7/1/2020 are subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.
You can avoid the cancellation fee by making a substitution without penalty. Please note that printed name badges for substituted individuals may not be available.
