2026 TAVAC Annual Conference
Conference will take place December 7th - 9th, 2026 at A&M Conference Center and Hotel in College Station, TX.
2026 Scholarship recipients will be awarded in Summer of 2026 and recognized in Winter of 2026 at the Conference.
Call for Presenters is NOW OPEN! If you're passionate about transition education and have innovative ideas, practical strategies, or inspiring success stories to share, we invite you to submit a presentation proposal and help shape this year's conference.
